Paul took the kids to the park to play tonight. So I have a few moments to myself. I just realized that it was July 24th today. So here is big Happy Pioneer day wish to everyone.
When I went to church Sunday, I knew that the pioneers would surely be a topic. I started to think how very much my dear parents were pioneers in our family and I was very emotional and appreciative. To top it off, the opening song was Dad's/Papa's favorite hymn, "Put You Shoulder to the Wheel". I'm such the bawl-baby. I am very grateful to all good pioneers.
