"Running for Risa 26.2 Marathon"

Today at 4 am we arose and got dressed to head out to pick up Paul's friend Houston that flew in from Memphis to run this marathon with him. The marathon was held out at Henry Hagg state park. It started at 7 am this morning for the runners who were doing the full marathon portion of the race. I spent the next four hours chearing them on and supporting them and coaching them to go on at points that they felt were tough. I could not believe some of the hills that they had to run up and down along the course of the race. Paul had a goal to finish it completely in under 5 hours, he came in at 4:27: 5. So he was so happy that he beat his goal for his "1st" marathon. Houston came in just a head of Paul at 4:18 something I cannot remember so they both did wonderful on one of the hardest courses Houston had ever run and trust me he is a true blue runner. I was so proud to be part and the only part of their support team today, they both did a tremendous job. Way to go guys!!!!!!
