This summer we took a camping trip to the Mt. Jefferson area. The weekend before we went as a family, Paul and Hayden went day hiking up there. So we packed up every thing and drove out there and hiked into this lake. We set up camp and the kids got in the lake for a little while and as we started to cook our dinner a storm came in and our cheap tent soaked in all the rain. So we ended up packing up and hiking back out of there before dark because the kids were cold and our tent was leaking. So we shall try again next year maybe earlier in the summer when rain doesn't show up on us again. It was enjoyable for being up there for the afternoon and evening though.

Fun! Except the rain! I hate the rain while camping. Seriously! Hayden looks like a pro out there. My Bubbas, so cute. Love Hanna's haircut. Adorable. Good for you guys and I hope you make it back up there next year.
