Every year we take the kids to Al's Garden Center. They get to plant three tuilp bulbs and plant winter pansies on top. The have lots of fun planting their flowers and then they got to get a cookie and a ballon at the end when they were done. H and H love watering their flower gardens and taking care of them until spring when the bulbs come up. This whole event every October is all FREE!!!. We started taking the kids last year when my mom found out that they did this. I think they said that this year was their 12th year in doing this for children around the communities. It's lots of fun.

I've been to Al's and am so impressed with that place. I'm more impressed that you take those darlings there for fun and memory creation.
