Family Beach Trip 2007-Lincoln City, Oregon

We stayed at the Bel-Aire Inn Express Hotel. We went swimming and went to dinner on Friday Night at Mo's.
H Saturday morning at the beach. It was wonderful and even pretty warm for Oregon Beaches. The kids had alot of fun running around and playing in the sand. H's highlight I think was looking for sea shells. Sorry no picture of him finding any but he had fun doing that a running up to catch some waves. H's highlight was playing with the sand toys with Mommy. This year she didn't want to have anything to do with the ocean. I guess I was glad for that.
H and Mommy taking a break from building sand castles, and filling up the starfish toy and turtle toy to make shapes in the sand.

The last thing that we did was try to dig a huge hole in the sand and then the kids stood down inside of it.

There is so much for kids to do at the beach. I'm always so glad to see families having fun together and making memories. Great photos.

I love your pictures and jealous of your family vacation. One day I'm going to get one of those. Lots of love. By the way it was great to talk to you the other day. I feel so blessed to have such a great person in my life.

Great photos and a total reminder of our trips to the coast as kids. Next year! (I hope). The Oregon coast is so much more of an adventure than some of the trucked-in-sand beaches of SoCal. But they are a little warmer...
